About Thomas
Thomas was one of the twelve disciples, sometimes called Didymus, which means "twin".
Thomas wasn't there when Jesus first appeared to the disciples after Easter, and he found it hard to believe. "Unless I see the marks in His hands, I won't believe," he said.
A week later, Jesus appeared again and showed Thomas His hands. Thomas fell to his knees and said, "My Lord and my God!" It is one of the greatest statements of faith in the Bible.
