Simeon coloring pages

Simeon lived in Jerusalem. He was a good man who loved God, and the Holy Spirit had told him that he would not die before he had seen the Saviour God had promised.

When Mary and Joseph brought baby Jesus to the temple, the Spirit led Simeon there too. He took Jesus in his arms and praised God, saying that Jesus would be a light for all the nations.

After waiting so many years, Simeon could finally rest in peace.
