Balaam's Talking Donkey coloring pages

God told Balaam not to curse Israel, but later Balaam set out on his donkey after receiving permission to go. God was displeased, and an angel stood in the road. Balaam could not see the angel, but the donkey did.

The donkey turned aside, pressed against a wall and finally lay down. Balaam became angry, but God opened the donkey's mouth. She asked why he had struck her three times. Then God helped Balaam see the angel in the road.

Balaam understood that he had been wrong. The angel told him to speak only the words God gave him. This surprising story reminds us that God can use unexpected ways to get our attention and teach us to listen.
