About Elizabeth
Elizabeth and her husband Zechariah loved God, but they had no children, and now they were old.
God answered their prayers in an amazing way: Elizabeth had a baby boy, John, who would grow up to prepare people for Jesus.
When Mary came to visit, Elizabeth's baby jumped for joy inside her, and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit. She knew straight away that Mary's baby was the Lord.
