About Naaman
Naaman was a commander in the army of Aram. He had a skin disease, and a young Israelite servant told his wife about the prophet Elisha. Naaman travelled to meet Elisha. The prophet sent a messenger to tell him to wash seven times in the Jordan River. Naaman was at first unhappy with the instruction, but his servants encouraged him to try it. He washed in the river and was healed. Naaman returned to thank Elisha.
