Zechariah coloring pages

Zechariah was a priest who served God in the temple in Jerusalem. He and his wife Elizabeth had prayed for a baby for many years.

One day, while Zechariah was burning incense in the temple, the angel Gabriel appeared and told him that Elizabeth would have a son called John.

Zechariah found it hard to believe, so he was unable to speak until the baby was born. When he wrote "His name is John" on a tablet, his voice came back and he praised God.
