The story behind this colouring sheet
"He restores my soul. He guides me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake."
To "restore your soul" means to make you feel strong and well again inside, like when you've had a good rest after being tired or sad.
Sheep can easily wander off the path and get lost or hurt. A good shepherd guides them along the right path, the safe way home.
God guides us too. Through the Bible, through prayer, and through people who love us, He shows us the right way to live.
Talk about it
- Who is leading the sheep along the path?
- What does a good shepherd do when sheep wander off?
- How does God show us the right way to go?
