The story behind this colouring sheet
Can you imagine two lions coming to the ark? Lions are strong and fierce, but on this day they walked calmly in with all the other animals.
The lion is sometimes called the king of the animals. Its loud roar can be heard far away!
In the ark, the lions lived peacefully alongside lambs and deer. God was in charge, and He kept everyone safe.
God invited Noah and his family into the ark too. God wants all His creatures — and all His people — to be safe with Him.
Talk about it
- Can you roar like a lion?
- Were the lions fierce on the ark, or calm?
- The lions and lambs lived together peacefully. How can we live peacefully with others?
