About Solomon
Solomon was the son of David and became king of Israel. When God asked what he wanted, Solomon asked for wisdom to lead the people well. God gave him great wisdom.
Solomon listened to people and made fair decisions. He built a temple in Jerusalem where the people could worship God. The Queen of Sheba came to visit and ask him questions.
Solomon was known for his wisdom. His story is told in the books of Kings and Chronicles.
