A Samaritan came along the road and saw the traveler who needed help. He stopped and went over to him. He gently cared for the traveler and helped him onto his own donkey.
The Samaritan brought the traveler to an inn, where he could rest. He stayed to take care of him. The traveler was no longer alone beside the road.
Jesus’ story teaches us to notice when someone needs help and to be a kind neighbour. The Samaritan showed love through what he did.
