The story behind this colouring sheet
When the wise men reached the house, they saw the child Jesus with His mother Mary. They bowed down and worshipped Him.
Then they opened their treasure chests and gave Him gifts: gold, frankincense and myrrh.
Gold was a gift for a king. Frankincense was a sweet-smelling incense used to worship God. Myrrh was a precious perfume. These were very costly gifts, and each one says something about who Jesus is.
By now Jesus was no longer a newborn baby in a manger — the wise men found Him in a house. It may have been a year or more after His birth.
Talk about it
