The story behind this colouring sheet
A huge crowd gathered when they heard the noise. People from many different countries were amazed to hear Jesus' followers speaking in their own languages!
Then Peter stood up — the same Peter who had once been too scared to say he knew Jesus. Now, filled with the Holy Spirit, he spoke boldly to thousands of people.
Peter told them all about Jesus: how He died and rose again. "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved!"
That day, about three thousand people believed in Jesus and were baptised!
Talk about it
- Who is speaking to the crowd?
- How many people believed in Jesus that day?
- Peter became brave because of the Holy Spirit. When do you need God to help you be brave?
