About Jonah
God asked Jonah to take a message to the city of Nineveh, but Jonah didn't want to go — so he got on a boat sailing the other way! A great storm came, Jonah was thrown into the sea, and God sent a huge fish to swallow him.
After three days and nights, the fish spat Jonah out onto dry land. This time Jonah went to Nineveh, and the people were sorry and turned back to God.
